Q.) What is the Delivery Fee?
A.) The standard delivery fee is $4.89. Most deliveries are covered in this range with a few exceptions if you are located in an extended delivery area. Delivery price is set based on your address to the restaurant.
Q.) What is the Delivery Radius?
A.) We coodinate delivery to the entire 13045 (Cortland) and some of Homer and Dryden. Type in your address to see what delicious options you have availble.
Q.) How Do I Place an Order?
A.) You can place your order online (www.chowtaxi.com) or over the phone by calling (607) 344-3083. We are happy to answer any questions you may have! Make sure to check out our iPhone and Android apps too!
Q.) Is there a Minimum Order?
A.) Standard deliveries do not have a minimum order. Extended deliveries may require a minimim amount of $20 - $50 depending on distance.
Q.) What Type of Payments Do You Accept?
A.) We accept cash all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Personal checks are not accepted.
Q.) How Long Does Delivery Take?
A.) Chow Taxi aranges service within 35 - 45 minutes for all standard deliveries. This time frame may vary depending on factors such as traffic and food preparation times. Your drivers do their best to minimize delays and greatly appreciate your patience.
Q.) Can I Order Drinks?
A.) Yes! Chow Taxi offers a variety of beverage options including soft drinks and bottled water. Complete your meal be selecting 'Drinks' on the left hand side when placing your order.
Q.) Should I Tip My Driver?
A.) Absolutely! Gratuity is not included and your self-employed drivers work hard so please consider your driver's efforts and tip accordingly. Standard delivery gratuity is 15%-20%.
Q.) Do you offer catering?
A.) Yes! Chow Taxi offers specialized catering menus from many of our restaurant partners for catering and large group orders. All of our restaurant partners can also accomodate large orders with advance notice.
